Free shipping is offered for all orders to the UK during the month of September.
For other countries, free shipping is available on orders over £450.

UNITED STATES DUTIES & TAXES

We ship all orders to the US on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means:

• All US import duties and tariffs are covered by us.

• You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

• The price you see at checkout is the final price.
  
  

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

We cover the duties and taxes assessed by customs for customers from the US, UK, EU, and Canada. Buyers from other countries are responsible for duties and taxes payments.

We do not ship to Russia. 

DELIVERY DATES

Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Orders are processed the next working day from the payment date. The items that are in stock, are shipped in 1–2 days and should reach you within a week. The items that need to be produced, are shipped in 7–8 business days, and should reach you within 2 weeks. 

All items are being sent Mon-Fri 9am–4pm via trackable courier services. It ensures your ability to track where the goods are from their dispatch from our headquarters to the safe arrival right to your hands.

CANCELLATION

You can request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours after the purchase. As our items are produced on-demand, due to our zero waste policy, cancellations are not accepted once the order has commenced production. We strongly advise referring to our size chart before ordering and get in touch for sizing consultation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order.
